Exhibitors and Sponsorship

We invite partnership from vendors supporting mathematics and/or mathematics education – publishers, teaching aids, learning materials, ICT products, etc. You may take up our exhibition booths, advertisement in our conference booklet or donation in kind and cash.

We expect about 150 full conference participants attending the 4.5 days programme. We expect another 400 day participants attending the Special Teachers Days: 200 primary teachers on 3 July and 200 secondary teachers on 5 July 2012. Please refer to “programme” for more details.

Exhibition Booth

Allocation of booth is on a first-come-first-served basis, according to date of receipt of payment. The exhibition will be held along the corridors of NIE Blocks 5 and 7. You may set up your booths on the morning of 2 July 2012. Based on the programme structure, we expect some 350 participants on 3 & 5 July. There’s only morning session on 6 July 2012. There’s only afternoon session on NIE campus on 4 July 2012. Please clear your booths by 3pm on 6 July 2012.

2 name tags will be issued per booth as passes to conference meals. To participate in any of the conference programme sessions a separate registration online is required.

Insertion and Sponsorship in Kind

For exhibitors and sponsors, if you have any insertions, kindly deliver 450 copies to Shirley Seet at NIE Blk 7, Level 3, Room 11A on 22 June 2012.
