Title: Learning Experience in Geometry & Measurement

Abstract

In this workshop, we will examine what are the attributes of a rich mathematical task and identify some tasks that are engaging and can be used to teach the key ideas in Geometry and Measurement found in the primary mathematics curriculum. Participants will engage in a number of hands-on activities that can be adapted to cater for the needs of their pupils.
