Online registration for the conference is now available.
Participants from Singapore who are not sponsored by the Ministry of Education may either register online (see the third paragraph below) or use this registration form. The completed form with payment should be mailed to the address indicated on the form.
For teachers from Singapore schools (excluding independent schools) who wish to be sponsored by the Ministry of Education, Singapore, to participate in the conference, please do not register online. Please print and fill out a special
registration form. The completed registration form must reach the conference secretariat by 15 September 2004. For information on sponsorship by the Ministry of Education, Singapore, please refer to the flyer.
If you did not submit any abstract and you were not a participant in ATCM2003 and ATCM2002, please go to this
site first to fill
out a simple form to provide us with your professional information, your email address and a password (the password is known to yourself only). With the email address and password, you can then register online for the conference.
If you have submitted your abstract for ATCM2004 or you were a participant in ATCM2003 or ATCM2002, you may proceed to register for the conference online with your email address and password.

Withdrawal and Refund policy
An administrative charge of S$85 (or US$50) applies for withdrawal or cancellation on or before
15 Nov 2004. No refunds will be given after 15 Nov 2004.
